4. In the process of feed processing, if there is a large amount of concentrate, about 5-8% water should be added. If there is a large amount of hay, the shaping effect is poor, and the proportion of hay should be controlled at 50%.

5. After the processing is completed, loosen the pressure roller screws to keep the roller in a free state, and clean the remaining materials after stopping the machine.

1. There must be no foreign objects such as stones, iron blocks, screws, etc. in the raw materials.

2. During granulation, it is strictly prohibited to let the pressure wheel and grinding disc run idle, and feeding should be uninterrupted.

3. If the particles are crushed or not compacted properly, the crude fiber feed formula should be reduced to within 50%.

4. When there is no granulation during granulation, the mold should be checked for blockages, such as blockages. After opening each hole, put in the grinding material, repeatedly squeeze it, and then put in the raw material again for granulation.

5. Regularly check the tightness of each screw, whether the gearbox is leaking oil, and whether the pressure wheel bearings, universal joints, and main shaft bearings are lacking oil.

6. When using lighting electricity as power for 125, 150, and 160 models, the power cord should be no less than 4 square meters of copper wire.

7. When the pellet machine is working, do not reach your hands into the feeding port. If necessary, wooden sticks can be used to help feed.

8. If the machine gets stuck during operation, it should be stopped immediately, checked for foreign objects, cleaned before restarting the machine.
