The core process includes:

Cooling stage: After the high-temperature particles are formed by the granulator, they are quickly cooled to a suitable temperature (usually 30-50 ℃) through a cooling device to reduce the internal water evaporation resistance of the particles.

Drying stage: Use the airflow generated by the fan to further remove the surface and internal moisture of the particles, ultimately reducing the moisture content of the particles to below 12%, meeting storage and transportation requirements.


A typical feed pellet air dryer includes the following components:


Cooling and drying chamber: multi-layer mesh belt or drum structure, extending the particle residence time for uniform heat dissipation.

Transmission system: Drive the mesh belt/drum to operate and adjust the particle processing speed.

Wind circulation system: including centrifugal fan, heating device (optional), and air duct, supporting directional airflow control.

Control system: Integrated temperature and humidity sensors and automated regulation modules to optimize energy consumption and drying efficiency.
