Specially suitable for mass production of animal feed such as pigs, cows, and sheep, meeting the needs of small and medium-sized farms or feed processing plants for uniform mixing.
2、 Structural composition
Main structure:
Cylinder body: It adopts a horizontal cylindrical or semi open tubular design, with a mixing shaft and spiral belt/blade installed inside. Some models are equipped with jacket heating function.
Mixing system: Double axis or single axis structure, with alternating arrangement of helical belts, blades or spiral blades, forming convective mixing.
Power system: driven by a reduction motor (power 100W-4kW), some models support speed regulation function.
Auxiliary devices: inlet/outlet, safety protection devices (such as overload protection, leakage protection).
3、 Working principle
After the material is fed into the cylinder through the feeding port, the stirring shaft drives the spiral belt or blade to rotate, forming axial and radial bidirectional mixing:
Dual axis model: The two axes rotate in opposite directions, and the blades push the material to form convective circulation, eliminating mixing dead corners.
Single axis model: The spiral belt pushes the material from both ends to the middle, and the inner spiral belt transports it in reverse to achieve fast and uniform mixing.
The mixing time is usually 5-15 minutes per batch, and the uniformity can reach over 95%.

Lubrication management: Regularly inspect bearings and reducers, use clean lubricating oil to extend their lifespan.
