What is the solution for small feed pellet machines not producing pellets?

Some farmers who purchase small feed pellet machines do not know how to use them and do not follow the instructions for operation and maintenance for a long time, resulting in the small feed pellet machines not producing pellets or even forming pellets.

Because new molds or equipment used at the beginning will have a break in cycle. If not handled properly, it will seriously affect the future output of the small pellet machine and lead to the direct disposal of new molds. So how should we wash the mold?

The method is as follows:

Firstly, mix 5 kilograms of raw materials and 1 kilogram of fine sand evenly, then add 1 kilogram of waste engine oil and mix well. Start the machine, put in the mixed raw materials, adjust the pressure roller bolts with a wrench until normal discharge is achieved. (Note: the adjustment gap should not be too small, as it may damage the pressure roller and grinding disc.) Keep the machine running with materials for 1 hour before adding normal raw materials for production. If the granules cannot be discharged normally after adding the raw materials, the pressure roller bolts should be slightly loosened until they are discharged normally.

Secondly, if the particles still cannot be discharged normally after adjustment, use steel nails to throw out the oil or dry materials in the mold (grind the head flat with steel nails), and then run in again.

Finally, it should be noted that when the operator completes a day of granulation work, after the raw materials are pressed in the granulation room, oil (a mixture of raw materials and 10% waste engine oil) should be added to the machine to fill the mold holes in the mold plate to ensure that they are not blocked. This way, the operator will be prepared for the next operation, and starting the equipment next time will save a lot of time.
