How to use feed crusher machine correctly

1. The crusher should be fixed on a cement base for long-term operation. If the work location is frequently changed, the feed crusher and electric motor should be installed on a base made of angle iron. If the crusher is powered by a diesel engine, the power of the two should be matched, that is, the diesel engine power should be slightly greater than the crusher power, and the pulley grooves of the two should be different, and the outer end face of the pulley should be on the same plane.  

2. After the feed crusher device is installed, check the fastening status of all fasteners. If there is any looseness, tighten it.

3. To check whether the tightness of the pulley belt is suitable, and whether the motor shaft and the feed crusher shaft are parallel.

4. Before starting the crusher, first rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the teeth, hammer pieces, and rotor operate sensitively and reliably, whether there is any collision inside the shell, whether the rotation direction of the rotor deviates from the direction indicated by the arrow on the machine, and whether the motor and feed crusher are smooth and in good condition.

5. After starting the crusher, run it for 2-3 minutes without any abnormalities before feeding. The raw materials must not contain impurities such as iron blocks and crushed stones.

6. Do not change the pulley arbitrarily to prevent the crushing chamber from exploding due to high rotation speed, or the low rotation speed from affecting work efficiency.

7. Pay attention to the operation of the feed crusher at all times during work, feed evenly to prevent blockage and overloading, and avoid prolonged operation. If vibration, noise, excessive temperature transition between bearings and the machine body, or external spraying are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. The problem should be cleaned before continuing work.

8. Operators should not wear gloves and should stand on the side of the crusher when feeding to prevent debris from bouncing back and injuring the face.

9. When a stroke occurs, it is strictly prohibited to forcefully feed or remove feed with hands or wooden sticks.

10. After the work is completed, it should be run by air for 2-3 minutes. After the materials inside the machine are completely cleaned, the micro fan of the crusher can be stopped.

How to maintain and maintain a feed crusher

Repair and replacement of screen mesh. The sieve is made of thin steel plate or iron sheet punched holes. When the screen mesh shows wear or is penetrated by foreign objects, if the damage area is not large, it can be repaired by riveting welding; If there is extensive damage, a new sieve should be replaced. When installing a new sieve, the burred side of the sieve hole should face inward and the smooth side should face outward, and the sieve plate and sieve frame should be tightly fitted. When the ring screen screen is installed, the overlapping edge should rotate in the direction of rotation to prevent the material from getting stuck at the overlapping point.
