Common problems with small-scale feed pellet processing equipment

1）、 No particles produced

Possible causes:

a. The new machine was not run in with lubricating oil or was not run in enough;

b. The moisture content of feed ingredients is too high

Solution:

1. Remove the raw materials from the current machine and add oil to them to run in the new machine, with a ratio of 1:3 each time;

2. Add some dry ingredients to adjust the moisture content

2）、 The motor suddenly stops

Possible causes:

a. The voltage is too low

b. The pressure between the pressure roller and the mold plate is too high

Solution:

1. Use 4mm wires to avoid tripping during use

2. Loosen some screws

3）、 The particles produced are very soft or powdery

Possible causes:

a. The holes on the mold plate have been reamed and polished, and a new mold plate needs to be replaced

Solution:

1. Add some water to the raw materials

2. Replace the mold disc

4）、 The pressure roller is damaged

Possible causes:

a. There is no raw material left between the pressure roller and the mold plate

b. There are many small hard sticks in the raw materials

Solution:

1. Before operation, mix the raw materials with a wooden stick and then add them to the hopper

2. Pick out hard materials from the raw materials, such as iron, stone, or sand
