1、 Operation process

Pre startup inspection

Manually rotate the pulley to confirm that the machine runs smoothly without any jamming, and check whether the bolts of each component are tightened.

Check the tightness of the drive belt to ensure that the motor is parallel to the shaft of the kneading machine, avoiding any deviation that may cause equipment abnormalities.

Clear the incoming material bin and surrounding debris to prevent metal, stones, and other hard objects from mixing into the material and causing malfunctions.

Start up and feeding

After starting the equipment, run it idle for 1-2 minutes, observe the bearing temperature and operational stability, confirm that there is no abnormal noise, and then start feeding.

Uniform feeding through conveyor belts or manual labor to avoid excessive accumulation and blockage; The moisture content of wet materials should be controlled, and if necessary, a porous spray device should be used for adjustment.

Discharge adjustment

Adjust the number of hammer pieces according to demand: reducing the number of hammer pieces can extend the length of straw discharge, while increasing the number of hammer pieces can shorten the length and increase the proportion of crushed materials.

By adjusting the gap between the kneading board and the hammer, the fineness of the crushed material is controlled to ensure that the length of the finished filamentous material is about 50mm and the palatability meets the standard.

Shutdown maintenance

Stop feeding and idle for 2-3 minutes to remove any residual materials from the machine to avoid corrosion or blockage.

Cut off the power, clean the surface and interior of the machine, and focus on checking the wear of vulnerable parts such as hammer plates and sieve plates.

2、 Precautions for safe operation

Operators need to stand on the side of the equipment to feed and prevent material rebound from causing injury; Long stem materials should be held with moderate elasticity to avoid hand entanglement.

If abnormal vibration, high temperature, or spraying occurs during operation, immediately stop the machine to troubleshoot and prohibit forced operation.

Regularly check the integrity of warning signs (such as feeding ports and transmission components) to ensure that safety reminders are clear and visible.

3、 Maintenance and upkeep standards

Daily maintenance

After each shift, tighten the bolts, lubricate the transmission parts (such as bearings and chains), and use sodium based grease to reduce wear.

Clean the residue from the sieve plate and kneading chamber to ensure smooth discharge.

Monthly maintenance

Check the tension of the belt and adjust the up and down movement to no more than 5cm to avoid being too loose or too tight, which may affect efficiency.

Replace severely worn hammer plates and sieve plates, and symmetrically install bidirectional adjustable lining plates to extend their service life.
