Poultry feed pellet production line

The poultry pellet feed production line is a complete set of equipment specifically used for producing pellet feed required by poultry such as chickens, ducks, and geese. Through processes such as crushing, mixing, conditioning, granulation, and cooling, raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, and straw are processed into high-density and easily storable pellet feed. 

Core component equipment 

Crusher: Grind corn, straw and other raw materials to a particle size suitable for granulation. 

Blender: Uniformly mix powder and nutritional additives, supporting steam or oil addition to optimize feed composition. 

Granulator (ring mold/flat mold): The core equipment compresses powder into granules through high temperature and high pressure, with a molding rate of over 98%. 

Coolers and crushers: reduce particle temperature and moisture, adjust particle size to meet different poultry needs. 

Application advantages 

Improve nutrient absorption rate: High temperature maturation causes starch gelatinization and protein denaturation, which is beneficial for poultry digestion and absorption. 

Reduce feed waste: Granular feed has high hardness and smooth surface, reducing scattering and pollution during feeding. 

Easy to store and transport: Granular feed has high density and low moisture content, can be stored for a long time, and reduces the risk of mold growth.
