Floating fish feed pellet machine

Working principle
After the material is sent into feeding device, they will be pressed by the screw shaft with high pressure and temperature which makes the raw material fully cooked and sterilized. Then the pressed material will be formed into pellets by shaping mould. You can change different moulds to make pellets with different diameters. After that the cutting device will cut the formed pellets into different length as required. 

Operating instructions for the puffing machine

Power on

    1. Turn on the main motor and check if the machine is running and turning properly.

    2. Turn on the cutting motor and adjust the distance between the cutting blade and the grinding tool.

    3. Pour a small amount of clean water into the feeding port of the machine, and put a small amount of evenly mixed material into the feeding port.

    4. Increase the feeding speed slightly when the material is squeezed out from the machine's discharge port.

    5. Turn on the feeding machine, and as the temperature of the randomizer increases, gradually increase the feeding speed.

    6. Check whether the material extruded by the machine is cut evenly. If the cutting is uneven, adjust the distance between the cutting blade and the grinding tool slightly.

Shutdown

    1. Stop cutting and turn off the automatic cutting machine.

    2. After all the materials in the expansion chamber are squeezed out, turn off the cutting blade and shake the cutting table out of the cutting range.

    3. Turn off machine power.

    4. Remove the cutter guard, pull out the worktable shaft, and swing it to one side.

    5. Quickly remove the machine head. During disassembly, it is strictly prohibited to have anyone in front of the machine head to avoid being burned by steam inside the machine.

    6. Turn on the machine and let it idle for about 1 minute until all the materials in the machine's expansion chamber are squeezed out.

    7. Turn off the main power of the machine.

clean up

1. Pull out the screw, clean the remaining materials in the screw, machine head, and grinding tool.

2. Newly installed for future use.
