Silage cutter machine

This machine  have  automatic  feeding device. It can cut all kind of hay and wet grass, alfalfa plant ,maize stalk,sorghum stalks,peanut vine and other plant and crops straw.
Used as silage, for cattle,sheep, horses, and poultry feeding. The machine has small size,high output, beautiful appearance,durable and safe, especially suitable for small and medium-sized farmers and livestock breeding farm.

Installation and commissioning

1.The machines hould be installed on flat ground when working

2.The motor shall be equipped according to the specified requirements,and the fixing screw and wire connector shall not be loose

3.Install the V-belt with proper tightness and horizontala lignment

4.Start the machine and check whether the rotating directio of power is correct

5.All parts are adjusted normally. After confirmation,check whether the fasteners of all parts are loose and whether the rotating parts have abnormal sound.

Installation,operation and maintenance

1.The supporting power must meet the requirements,and it is not allowed to increase the spindle speed without permission

2.Before starting up,check whether the running direction is the same as the cutting direction,other wise it is forbidden to start up

3.Metal,stone and other hard objects shall not be mixed in boring,other wise the machine will be damaged

4.After starting the machine for four hours,it is necessary to observe whether each part is loose and regularly fill the bearing with grease

5.When feeding materials,the operator's hands shall not be near the blade,and no one shall stand at the outlet to avoid personal accidents.Feeding shall be uniform and appropriate

6.It is strictly prohibited to work after drinking,with illness or fatigue.It is strictly prohibited to operate alone by persons who wear gloves,minors or over 60years old,and those who do not master the operation specifications of the hay cutter

7.In the process of work,if any fault or grass blockage is found,the brake shall be switched off immediately and the operation shall be carried out after the fault is eliminated,

8.Non staff and those unfamiliar with the performance of the machine shall not start the machine at will

9.When the machine is not used for along time,it should be stored in doors to prevent the machine fro mrusting

Power precautions

The motor runs with al arge current.When wiring,a special circuit breaker for hay cutter shall be connected from the electric meter.It is forbidden to use plugs and sockets when connecting the circuit breaker to the motor.In principle,the wiring shall be connected at the place closest to the motor.The shorter the line,the better.The thicker the wire number,the better.If the distance is far,the wire number must be bold.
