 Purpose and characteristics

    1. This machine is mainly suitable for raising fish, ducks, chickens, shrimp, pigs, cows, sheep, as well as industrial particle processing, and is widely used in household breeding and small-scale breeding plants.

    2. The granular feed processed by this machine has a smooth surface, moderate hardness, low temperature rise during processing, and can effectively maintain the various nutritional components inside the raw materials.

    3. The particle composition is uniform and the shape is neat. The pore size of the particles can be divided into 2.5mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, etc. When users place orders, they can choose according to the different growth stages of the farmed animals.

    4. By squeezing, it can also kill common pathogenic microorganisms and parasites, and prevent the occurrence of some diseases. Due to the low moisture content of pellet feed, it is easy to store and can remain in its original state for a long time in water, greatly improving the utilization rate of feed.

 Usage

    1. Add hyperbolic gear oil to the gearbox.

    2. Install the pellet machine smoothly, adjust the belt tension, check if the steering meets the requirements, check if the screws in each part are loose, loosen the gap adjustment screws on the roller shaft seat, and put the feed machine in a no-load state. After starting and running normally, it can be put into use.

    3. Before using the new machine for the first time, take 10 pounds of sawdust (or grass powder) vegetable oil or waste engine oil, mix well, and tighten the gap adjustment screws. Make the two rolling speeds consistent. Gradually add refueling feed, while continuing to tighten the pressure wheel adjustment screw until the pellets are slowly produced. The extruded pellets are repeatedly rolled and squeezed to ensure smooth lubrication of the mold hole. Then, slowly add the required mixed feed for processing. If you feel that the mold hole resistance is high, the yield is low, or there is no discharge, you can repeatedly grind the template according to the above method to ensure smooth lubrication of the mold hole before proceeding with processing.

    4. When processing feed, if there is a lot of refined fiber, about 5% water should be added. If there is a lot of refined material in the mixed feed, the amount of water added can be reduced as appropriate. After processing, add a small amount of oil mixed with edible oil in advance, which is beneficial for the next startup and avoids the feed drying in the hole after shutdown.

    5. After processing, loosen the gap adjustment screw to keep the roller in a free state. After stopping the machine, clear the upper and lower parts. The remaining materials in the warehouse accumulate dirt, especially the remaining materials under the swing plate to avoid damaging the bearings.


 Precautions

    1. When using, attention should be paid to the absence of stones, iron blocks, etc. in the raw materials. After working for more than ten shifts, the rollers need to be disassembled and high-temperature resistant grease should be added to the bearings to improve their working performance and extend their service life.

    2. During granulation, it is strictly prohibited for the pressure roller to come into contact with the template and idle. At the same time, lock the pressure plate nut to avoid loosening and damaging the spindle keyway.

    3. If the particles are crushed or not compacted properly, the crude fiber feed formula should be reduced to within 50%.

    4. When there is no granulation or discharge during granulation, the template should be removed, and after each hole is opened, some fiber feed should be added appropriately to restart granulation.

    5. Regularly check the tightness of the belt, replace the oil seal in a timely manner if there is oil leakage in the gearbox, and check if the bearings inside the machine head are lacking oil.


Note: Gear oil must be added before the new machine is used to prolong its service life.
